Orders marked with Expedited Processing have priority. You’ll receive Order Completed email once we ship it.

All orders that have been approved get processed to our shipping department. They make sure all items are boxed properly and they get shipped out as soon as they get a shipping label put on them. Express shipments take priority and are shipped out before end of business day.

Once your order goes through, you will receive an email from KakeTalk. Please allow up to 24 hours from order complete email for tracking information updates.
Have a go leaving it lie opened for 10-15 minutes and test on one corner. Set down longer if required. Don’t leave it lay open too long or it will crack and break up. In a alternative method utilize a tiny fan or place sheet in freezer for 15 minutes.
We normally try to ship all orders in first 24 hours ( orders will not be processed or shipped on Holidays and weekends ).
Express orders such 3 day , 2 day and overnight have priority usually dispatched same day when ordered.
Our working hours are Eastern Time Mon-Fri 10am-5pm. Shipping cut off time is 4pm Mon-Fri.
If expedited processing has been marked during checkout process your order will dispatch same day if ordered before shipping cut off time.
